About

More Than Just an Attorney

As an advocate for effective, equitable, and transparent governance, I have focused my career to serving the public as an Attorney Advisor for the federal government at the Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS). My career at ACUS requires collaboration with other federal agencies, academics, and members of the public to craft solutions to regulatory and administrative legal problems. In that role, I have also conducted research and authored publications identifying barriers to and best practices for effective public engagement; considerations in establishing or revising judicial mechanisms to administrative procedures; and opportunities for and the associated benefits and risk of implementing emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, into administrative processes.

Law is my second career. Prior to law school, I spent several years in the entertainment industry working in video production for two behemoth industry companies. My technological and administrative background has enabled me to approach legal issues from a proactive and unique perspective; and my thirst for knowledge means I'm always learning and searching for new information or improvements.

I am happy to discuss collaborations and working on various research studies in the fields of administrative and regulatory law, artificial intelligence and legal technologies, international privacy and compliance law, and matters of social equity at the intersection of these fields.
